Yoga

In group yoga class it is tailored Hatha and Ashtanga yoga is practised.

Hatha yoga comes from the Sanskrit word ‘Ha’ means ‘prana’, ‘tha’ represents ‘mind’. Hatha yoga aims to bring about a state of harmony between the pranic & mental forces through its practices.

Prenatal Yoga

Just4health offers unique and specialised forms of  Prenatal  Yoga practices for all stages of pregnancy. 

Prenatal Yoga is a great way to tune into your body before birth. It can help you to stay with the sensation in your body when you start having interactions and when you're birthing your baby. Of course, learning about body, mind and spirit, pain relief techniques and simple breathing technique and are important! That is why I have combined all the above in prenatal yoga session to give you a comprehensive approach to birth education.

Pranayama (Breathing Techniques)

Pranayama is generally defined as breath control, although this interpretation may seem correct in view of the practices involved. It does not convey that full meaning of the term. The word "Yama" means Control & "Prana" means Vital Energy.

Kriya (Yogic Cleansing Technique)

Shatkarma refers to 6 different Yogic practice involving purification of the body. These practices are very precise and systemic science, the practice described in Hatha yoga.

Meditation

As water takes the shape of its container,the mind when it contemplates an object is transformed into the shape of that object.

When flow of  concentration is uninterrupted, the state that arises is Dhyana- Meditation.
